Web hosting provides a ready-made environment for websites, email and databases without maintaining a virtual server's operating system. Choose WebHotel-Lite for a smaller website or WebHotel-Ultimate for a larger project.
- Use HestiaCP to manage websites, email and databases.
- Lite and Ultimate have different storage, database, traffic and account limits. Compare full specifications on the product pages.
- Use your own domain or an available subdomain option, as offered by the product.
Current pricing: product-list and product-page prices come from the shop database. The selected plan and domain option affect the price. A separate hosting order does not include registering or renewing your own domain.
Ordering, setup and renewal instructions
Ordering and setting up web hosting
- Open your preferred plan, select New and enter the domain or subdomain details requested by the product.
- Review the selected option and price, and read the product and checkout terms. Hosting is provisioned after confirmed payment.
- Check your service details in My Account. Create the required mailboxes and databases in the control panel and upload your website files.
- If you use your own domain, make sure its DNS records point to your hosting. Email also requires the correct email-related DNS settings.
When moving an existing website, copy its files, databases and any required email first. Verify the new website before closing the old hosting service. SSL certificate activation requires the domain to point to the correct server.
Renewing web hosting
Sign in, open the Lite or Ultimate product matching your existing service, select Renewal and choose your hosting account. Hosting is renewed for one year at the current price of an equivalent new service and domain option.
Renewal extends the existing hosting account; it does not create a new one. Any remaining term is preserved and the new term is added after it. If the service has expired but is still eligible for renewal, the new term starts when payment is processed. Renewing hosting does not renew the domain registration, even if they were originally ordered together. There are no automatic charges.
You are responsible for your website content, updates to applications you install and your own usable recovery copies. If your hosting is missing from the renewal selector, contact customer service.
