Information about payment methods

You can pay at Tracker-Networks through Stripe or PayPal. Available payment options and the final amount are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Payments are processed in euros.

1. Stripe Checkout

When you select Stripe, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted payment page. The email address on your order is sent to prefill checkout. The payment page shows your products and amount; orders with discounts or additional charges may appear as a combined total with an item summary in the description.

Stripe may offer cards (such as Visa and Mastercard), MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay by Bank and Klarna. Availability depends on factors including your country, currency, order amount, device and the provider's conditions. Not every option appears for every customer. The options shown on the payment page determine which methods you can use.

You can also pay through Stripe using Finnish online banking. The available banks and other payment options are shown on Stripe's payment page.

Apple Pay and Google Pay require a compatible device and an available wallet. Bank payments and other methods may redirect you to your bank or payment provider for confirmation. Any pay-later or instalment terms, charges and eligibility are determined by the provider and shown before you accept them. Klarna may be offered within Stripe; it is not our shop's separate checkout service.

2. After payment

After payment, you return to our shop. A waiting screen shows that payment confirmation or service processing is underway. Wait for the thank-you page; do not pay again just because you see a waiting message. Some payment methods take longer to confirm. Service processing starts once our system has verified payment.

You can review your order on the thank-you page and in your account. If you were charged but your order does not progress, contact our customer service with your order number. Never send your card number, security code or online banking credentials.

3. PayPal

PayPal is a separate payment option at our checkout. You are redirected to PayPal to see the available options and confirm payment, then returned to our shop.

4. Privacy and enquiries

Our shop does not store your full card number or security code. Read our privacy policy and the Stripe Privacy Policy.
