A shared world for your group
This service is for players who want their own Minecraft world. Game hosting is different from a general-purpose VPS: you receive a Minecraft server and its management controls, not a self-managed Linux virtual machine.
If you need a particular Minecraft version, edition compatibility, mods, plugins or a custom setup, check suitability with support before ordering. Do not assume that every Minecraft edition or modification works with the same server.
How to order a new server
- Sign in to the shop and open the Minecraft server product page.
- Choose New and enter your Minecraft player name carefully. The player name provided with the order receives OP permissions on the server.
- Review the order, service term and terms at checkout. Server creation starts after payment is confirmed.
- Open My Account → Game servers. Copy the server address and port into Minecraft's server connection settings and share them with the players you invite.
OP permissions are administrative privileges. Use your own correct player name in the order and grant administrative access only to people you trust.
Manage your server from My Account
Game server management in My Account shows your server details and provides start, stop and restart controls. Use your own server's connection details: the shop's website address is not a substitute for the Minecraft server address and port.
If you cannot connect, first check the server status, address, port and Minecraft version compatibility. If the problem continues, send support your server identifier and the displayed error message. Do not send passwords.
Renew the existing server and keep your world
Sign in with the same customer account, open the Minecraft product and choose Renewal. Then select your existing server from the renewal selector. Renewal extends its validity by one year without creating a new world.
For an active service, the extra year is added to the existing term. If the term has expired but the server still exists and is eligible for renewal, the new term starts when payment is processed. There is no automatic renewal or automatic charge. If your server is missing from the renewal selector, contact us before buying a new one.
Look after your world and review the terms
Arrange backups of important game data and agree on world rules with your players. Permanently deleting a server also deletes its game world. Stopping the server does not cancel the order, and refunds are subject to the service-specific terms presented at checkout.
