Service order

Renewal extends the existing service. If its term has expired but the service still exists, the new term starts when payment is processed. Prices and available billing periods are the same as for a new service.

This renewal does not extend the domain registration. Renew the domain separately.

Renewing your web hosting

To renew your web hosting, sign in to the shop and select Renewal and your existing service on the product page for the same hosting plan. Hosting is renewed for one year at the current price of the equivalent new service and domain option. Renewal extends your existing service; it does not create a new hosting account.

The new term is added after your service’s existing expiry date. If the term has already expired but the service still exists and is eligible for renewal, the new term starts when payment is processed. The service does not renew automatically and there are no automatic charges.

Renewing web hosting does not renew your domain registration, even if the hosting was originally purchased with a domain. The domain’s registration period and any registration renewal are handled separately. If your hosting is not available in the renewal selector, please contact customer service.
